Annette Badland is an English actor known for a wide range of roles on television, radio, stage, and film.

She is best known to us, as Margaret Blaine in the BBC science fiction series Doctor Who.

In another Russell T Davies TV show, Wizards vs Aliens,  Annette Badland played Ursula Crowe.

Annette's many roles included  Mrs Glenna Fitzgibbons in the first season of Outlander, Babe Smith in the BBC soap opera EastEnders, Charlotte in the BBC crime drama series Bergerac, Nanny Bingo  since 2021 on the current series Big Boys, and Dr Fleur Perkins since 2019 on the ITV mystery series Midsomer Murders plus 3 seasons on Ted Lasso.
